I am currently a sophomore in high school and IM interested in finding my career. IM is interested in business and music. I play the piano and flute, has been working in one of my MBA and doctorate in business for high school. I was thinking MTV Networks, and want to work at Sony BMG, will set up their way to make the start as an intern. However, I think provides the most benefits of any company I also, to have many benefits and welfare of my career to become what they are. EX. I want a free concert tickets, backstage passes, a business trip to the Caribbean. Also, I want to know the work of the highest wages of any of the fields might have these benefits. I heard from distributor to obtain the benefits of alcohol free concert tickets, but I also asked them. Please add any positive answer. Thanks

Sony, MTV, etc will pay you very low wages because a lot of people want to work there. As a rule of thumb, the more exciting the business or industry (music, sports, etc) the lower the pay for 95% of the people that work there. However, if you aren’t as concerned with the $ and want the benefits, then you may want to go to work for one of those types of companies.
Something to consider is to intern for them during the summer — offer to do it for free — and see if you like the industry and work environment. That way you’ll get some good experience for your resume and be able to determine if you like that particular business.
Sales can be good because you’re able to control more of your income potential. Sales is also nice as sometimes companies buy tickets to events, and the sales force can then take clients to shows. Keep in mind though its not quite a benefit, as you’re still kind of working with a client there!
