The First Sequence Cd layout. Some music I built when I was in Higher Faculty and School. From 1989-1994. These are my 1st sequences.This is an archive of my songs. Audio was developed on a Roland MT-one hundred utilizing a normal MIDI keyboard. No other processes have been utilized in the documents. The original recordings are saved as large quality WAVE files. YouTube may possibly compress the audio which looses some of the original top quality but is the only location to preserve my music given that it was lost on a server that I owned for a long time. Now, at minimum, it is saved as lengthy as YouTube/Google stays in business.

Youtube music question by horrorchicken: Someone stole my Youtube music video, am I allowed to report it as a copyright infringement?
Hey, douchébag stole some of my music videos on YouTube, as they re-upload it. Since the video contains a song that I did not create, I’m wondering, all that I, as copyright infringement, you can report it. If I report this guy stole the video, it’s just all I could do backfire? I made a video, such as flag already pirated.

99% of you will probably not even read this… but i just turned 18 and i am trying my best to become a panda. On the 1st of January I will be leaving for the bamboo filled mountains of china to train with the best pandas in the world. Being a panda means everything to me.

in order to file copyright infringment, you have to have already copyrighted what has been stolen
Unfortunately, one who “breaks the law” cannot complain about another “crook”. It just doesn’t work that way….
You can complain about the video part, but what ever they do to them , they can do to you as well.
This same thing happened to me. If you do report it, both videos might be taken down… Since you already flagged it, just hope Youtube lets it go.
You can try putting a notice in the description (like I did with my video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eobY9jwZBZU ) as well as sending a message to the guy who stole your video asking him to take it down or you’ll report him. Even though you won’t report him, this might scare him into taking it down.
Also, leave a comment on the video telling him to take it down and telling other people that this is your music video, not his. He’ll delete the comment but it’ll allow other people to see that its stolen (if the video is getting views)
If he doesn’t take it down, let it go. Yes, it sucks that he stole it (trust me, I know!) but there’s nothing you can do. And if you harass him by commenting, he might report you. Plus commenting will also get him views and if he passes up your video in views, more people will go to him.
